Received my custom made shoes today. They are perfect. I got these custom made as I have wide feet and find it hard to find comfortable shoes. These were made perfect for me and I can't wait until my wedding to wear them. They were also delivered quickly to me. I got them with pearls and a bow on the front instead of the side bowknot and mine look fantastic. Highly recommend this service.

I've had nothing but problems with this order. I ordered a regular order, size 10 in ivory. They don't fit me, but now I'm being told by customer service that my order was custom and therefore I cannot get them exchanged/refunded. This wedding is in less than 7 weeks and customer service has been barely answering my emails. I'm absolutely outraged with the way this company has handled my case. I would not recommend ordering from this site.
