The Return and Cancellation Policies below are written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.

Cancel Policy 

It is important to note that our dresses and some accessories (including shoes, bolero jackets, sashes, wraps, men vests, man ties and so on) are made to order, the materials cannot be reused once the production has been under process. We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important action, thus we’ve carried out the cancel policy to help you to make correct decision. Details as below

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours (within 1 day) after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Orders cancelled from 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 days) after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

3. Orders cancelled from 72 to 168 hours (3 to 7days) after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 20% of the product purchase price.

4. It is not allowed to be cancelled and refund if your order is more than 168 hours (7days) after payment confirmation, and/or shipped.

• When you receive an email entitled "Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with Elegantpark.com", your payment has been confirmed.

5. For urgent orders, it is only allowed to be cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) after payment confirmation. No refund for orders cancelled after 24hours after payment confirmation.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

Send your return or refund request to our customer service representative within 24hours after you received the package from our courier when you find some problems with the goods. And all returns must be sent back within 3 days upon RMA number offered by our customer service. We only accept products in their original condition. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

All returned items will have a 15% restocking fee applied from the full sold price. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees .

There will be three criterions for the goods we shipped under our Return Policy.

Defective, damaged or wrongly shipped items are eligible for a full refund or return and exchange for a new item and wholesale orders.

1. When requesting your refund and exchange, please provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items within 24hours after you received and opened the package. Without this proof, we’ll not offer RMA number, thus refund and exchange can’t be proceeded. For wholesale orders may be shipped partially, please provide proof information within 24hours after you received and opened the packages per lot.

2. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, clear photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation signed by your local courier must be submit to our Customer Service. No refund will be offered without the aforementioned proof information. This is also applicable to wholesale orders per lot if the goods are shipped partially.

3. Wrongly shipped items are eligible for refund or exchange if the goods are received with the wrong size. Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one (1) inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, a copy of the receipt from your tailor must be provided when requesting reimbursement. Whereas, if you want to exchange the item, please send back within 3 days upon RMA number offered by our customer service.

4. Wrongly shipped items are eligible for a full refund or exchange if the goods are received with the wrong color. This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor. If you want to exchange the item, please send back within 3 days upon RMA number offered by our customer service.

5. Wrongly shipped items are eligible for exchanging if the goods are received with the wrong type as your specifications confirmed with our Customer Service. Please send back within 3 days upon RMA number offered by our customer service.

Items cannot be returned but refundable

1. For custom made size dresses, we cannot offer any return, please find a professional tailor to measure you in order to have the dress fit your body. But we can revise it for you by free if you can pay for shipping back fee.

2. For custom made size dresses and dress bolero jacket, for quality problems such as, bad seaming, wrong embellishment used, or wrong position the embellishment has been put, etc, we’ll check and offer you up to 50% as compensation within 15 working days after you have a RMA number.

3. For stock shoes, for quality problems found on arrival, we’ll check and offer you up to 50% as compensation within 15 working days after you have a RMA number.

Items cannot be returned and refunded

1. We cannot offer refund because of the late remittance of your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.

2. We make dresses strictly according to the specification email you confirmed. The style, fabrics are the same as the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as not like the pictures we offer, dissatisfy about the quality and not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.

3. We do not accept the request for return if your received product does not meet your requirement on the hang of the style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design cannot be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.

4. Dresses that do not fit properly but same as the specifications you ordered cannot be fund, returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

5. We’ll not accept any refund, return or exchange for stock clearance items, weekly deal items, free promotional items, jewelries, handbags, accessories like wedding veils, petticoats & crinoline, gloves, lingeries, etc.

6. We’ll not accept any refund and return for rush orders and super rush orders. Because we have made the dresses just according to your specifications and offered you goods with the upmost timelines.

7. For custom made size shoes, they are not allowed to return and exchange. The two times of inspection will check carefully for each pair of shoes and will ensure no problem happened on them before shipment.

Process for Returning Merchandise Step 1:

Send a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 24 hours of the date you received your goods, clear photographs must be provided at the same time. Please note: returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. RMA Numbers will be offered by our Customer Service within 15 working days.

To create an RMA Number, click My Order in top right corner of the website. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email, and packing slip; if you created an account, you can also Login to view your orders. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click the "Request RMA" option. Follow the on-screen instructions to Submit RMA Request.

Step 2:

Once the RMA is created, you will receive an automated RMA confirmation email. Your confirmation will include the RMA Number, as well as address where you should ship your return. Please return the goods within 3days upon receipt of RMA numbers. Please include a brief note describing the reason you are returning the merchandise and write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package

Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as DHL,TNT, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- trackable method

Step 3:

Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

Refund Currency

Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

Elegantpark.com cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
